Tell-Tale Tour Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in this sweepstakes.

1.  ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes promotion is open to anyone at least 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Only one entry per household is permitted. Duplicate entries will be void. Facsimiles will not be accepted.   Employees of the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association ("BACVA"), members of the Greater Baltimore History Alliance (“GBHA”) and Nevermore 2009 sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible to enter or win. This promotion shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States and applicable state and local laws.
2.  INSTRUCTIONS. All entries must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on October 30, 2009. To enter, you must visit five (5) of the participating museums, attractions or tours in the Greater Baltimore History Alliance’s Tell-Tale Tour promotion/sweepstakes and have the entry form stamped between June 15, 2009 and October 15, 2009.  Entry forms are available on nevermore2009.com and at the Baltimore Visitor Center and participating museums, attractions and tours.  Completed forms my be mailed to the Greater Baltimore History Alliance, 1500 Washington Blvd., Carroll Park, Baltimore, MD 21230, or deposited at any of the participating GBHA members or at the Baltimore Visitor Center, 401 Light Street, Inner Harbor, West Promenade, Baltimore, MD.
3.  PRIZE. Two Grand Prizes and 10 First Prizes will be awarded.  The two (2) Grand Prize VIP Weekends consist of two nights’ accommodations for two (2) persons at 1) Harbor Magic’s Pier 5 Hotel and 2) Harbor Magic’s Admiral Fell Inn, two Harbor Passes, a $200 gift card and a tour of the Poe House and Museum.  Grand Prizes are valued at $600.  First Prizes consist of gift baskets prepared by the Greater Baltimore History Alliance.  The ten (10) First Prizes are valued at $50.  No substitutions are permitted.  Hotel blackout dates may apply.  Private tour of the Poe House and Museum subject to availability of the curator.  VIP Weekends must be used prior to December 31, 2010.  Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Transportation to/from Baltimore, MD, is not included.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
4.  WINNERS. The winners will be determined on or after October 30, 2009, but no later than November 1, 2009, by a random drawing of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by letter, email or telephone call by November 1, 2009 Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. 5. LIABILITY: BACVA and GBHA and its members, their employees and agents assume neither liability nor responsibility for any accidents or injuries related to the Tell-Tale Tour, any changes in hours by of any participating museums, attractions and tours, or lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
6.  PUBLICITY:  BACVA and GBHA reserve the right to use winners’ names and images in any news release or in print, broadcast or online publicity without further permission.
7. COMPLIANCE: Winners agree to accept all rules and provisions of the sweepstakes.
